Chicken Soup & Rice

My husband didn't sound too enthused when I told him I was making chicken soup with rice and salad for dinner.  I should have told him I was doing it 'Chicken-y China' style.  :-D  Used Himalayan Pink Salt -- doesn't take much!  And yes, I made homemade croutons with the leftover french bread.  It's a fancy frugal night.
